Deposit Policy

All deposit are held at time of booking, and placed towards your final invoice.

Cancellation Policy

A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to all cancellations. Cancellations require a 48 hour notice for a deposit refund. Less than 48 hours will result in loss of deposit. If rescheduling, a one time credit will be issued at time of cancellation, if new appointment date is within 30 days from cancellation date. No cancellation notice will result in loss of deposit. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your refund.

Touch up appointments

Touch up appointments are included in your procedure rate, and must be scheduled 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment. Any touch up appointments scheduled after 8 weeks will result in an additional fee of $100.00.

What age can I get these procedures done?

From 18 years old, to 1,000 years young.

I dye my hair, would you color match to my current color?

It’s best to create a color that closest resembles your natural hair color. We have to keep in mind, your undertones play a part in the color selection, furthering the best complementary hue.

I saw this trend I’m obsessed with, Can you do it?

Thin eyebrows in the early 2000’s, Dark, thick brows in 2012, Instagram brows in 2015, laminated brows in 2020’s and who knows what next. Point is, trends are constantly changing and evolving, and permanent makeup is exactly that - permanent. Natural brows are your best friend.

Can I get bold lip colors?

While everyone has their preferences for their go-to look, opting for a natural color will be the best fit. The last thing we want is an imbalance of a bold night- out look on the bottom of your face, and natural looking further up. Once fully healed, you can apply any gloss or lipstick you’d like.

Can I get big winged eyeliner?

There’s no easy way to put it. As we grow, and our skin matures, our skin will start to droop, and so will those wings. If you like the wing look, getting a wedge liner will help you draw the end of the wing flawlessly every time

(once healed of course).
